The grey and damp weather hasn’t stopped our litter pickers. On 13th December, a group headed to Hazel Brook in the Crow Lane Open Space. It will soon be finished, as we say every week!
We are looking for volunteers to keep Crow Lane Open Space, Southmead Trym Valley Open Space and Sea Mills Meadows Open Space clean when we have finished removing all the historic rubbish. Email troutinthetrym@gmail.com if you’d like to get involved.
There was also plenty of quite recent litter and lots of fly-tipping in the Trym in the Southmead Trym Valley section of the river. Five people managed to collect all the litter in the photo in a couple of hours as part of the weekly two-hour Sunday clean on 15th December. Help is always welcome!
